I’m passionate about helping adults navigate life’s most challenging emotional experiences. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and welcoming space where you can be open, explore what’s holding you back, and build the skills you need to move forward. I work with adults navigating intense emotions, borderline personality disorder, PTSD/complex PTSD, and the pain that can come with those experiences. I’m a DBT-Linehan Board Certified Clinician. I use a range of evidence-based approaches—including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), DBT for complex PTSD, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure. I’m licensed in both Indiana and Texas, and have my license with PSYPACT to practice Telehealth in participating states.
Over the years, I’ve worked in many different settings—from community mental health and college counseling, to the VA medical center and intensive outpatient programs. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from La Salle University in Philadelphia. These experiences have shaped how I approach therapy: with compassion, curiosity, and deep respect.
In my free time I enjoy traveling, biking, hiking, spending time with friends, and cheering for the Baltimore orioles.
