Radically Open DBT
Cognitive Behavior Therapy
Hi, I’m Jessica. My work is centered around helping people build the emotional flexibility and resilience they need to live more authentic, fulfilling lives. I specialize in Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I’m passionate about supporting people on their journey toward self-understanding and personal growth.
I work with adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, rigid thinking, relationship challenges, and difficulty expressing themselves. I understand how hard it can be to feel stuck in these patterns, and my goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore what’s going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll work on building greater emotional openness, flexibility and the tools you need to manage life’s challenges with more ease and confidence.
I’m deeply committed to helping my clients feel seen and supported for who they truly are. My approach is collaborative, and I believe that healing and growth happen best when you feel truly understood and accepted. Before joining the DBT Center, I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Houston and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Southern California. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my husband, daughter, and our two rescue pups. I also enjoy making art, listening to music, and simply taking time to unwind. These little moments of connection and creativity are what keep me grounded and remind me of the importance of balance and self-care in our lives.
